Position Summary 

The Warehouse Associate (Inventory Control) is responsible for maintaining accurate inventory counts, ensuring product integrity, and supporting warehouse operations through cycle counts, data verification, and organizational optimization. This role is critical to ensuring products are correctly stocked, tracked, and ready for fulfillment in a fast-paced warehouse environment. 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Utilize MAM (Autopart) and spreadsheets to accurately perform cycle counts. 

  • Support the Returns Department with pulling and processing Vendor Returns. 

  • Assist in resolving “Can’t Find” issues for Truck and eCommerce fulfillment. 

  • Check for mix boxes, mislabeled products, and other product integrity issues. 

  • Ensure barcode and Unit of Issue accuracy within MAM. 

  • Collaborate with stocking and operations teams to optimize inventory storage. 

  • Support expansion or modification projects related to warehouse shelving or racking. 

  • (Arlington, TX only) Manage Chuck flow through the Hospital, resolving noted issues and returning items to appropriate locations. 

  • Perform other duties as assigned. 

Required Qualifications 

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent. 

  • Proficiency with MAM (Autopart), spreadsheets, and inventory systems. 

  • Strong math, analytical, and organizational skills. 

  • Ability to stand for extended periods and work under pressure. 

  • Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and comfortable with paperwork and systems.

Preferred Qualifications  

  • Prior experience in inventory, warehouse operations, or logistics. 

  • Familiarity with warehouse management software or cycle counting practices.

Work Environment and Physical Demands 

  • Warehouse setting with occasional outdoor exposure. 

  • May be exposed to variable temperatures; fans and heating elements are provided. 

  • Regularly required to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, and use hands and arms. 

  • Frequently lifts/moves objects up to 50 lbs.; occasionally up to 100+ lbs. 

  • Must have close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, and depth perception. 

PPE Requirement: Steel-toed or composite-toe shoes.
