Position Summary 

The Warehouse Associate – Stocking is responsible for accurately stocking, organizing, and replenishing automotive products within the warehouse. This role supports order fulfillment by ensuring products are placed in the correct locations, inventory is properly rotated, and warehouse areas are maintained in a clean and safe condition. 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Accurately stock and replenish shelves, bins, and storage areas with incoming products. 

  • Assist in receiving, sorting, and verifying shipments. 

  • Maintain proper labeling, bin assignments, and product organization to ensure efficient retrieval. 

  • Follow established procedures to ensure inventory accuracy. 

  • Safely operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks or forklifts (if certified). 

  • Support overall warehouse operations, including assisting with order pulling and loading as needed. 

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. 

  • Perform other duties as assigned. 

Required Qualifications 

  • High school diploma or equivalent. 

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. 

  • Ability to lift and move items up to 50 lbs. 

  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods in a warehouse environment.] 

Preferred Qualifications  

  • 1+ years of warehouse or stocking experience preferred. 

  • Experience in the automotive aftermarket industry. 

  • Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS). 

  • Forklift certification. 

  • Bilingual in English and Spanish.

Additional Requirements 

  • Candidates must meet employment eligibility requirements as established by U.S. federal law.
